Is there stopping power in Reach?

I mean stopping power in the Gears term, When you get shot you move slower.

I kinda noticed, but maybe it’s a placebo effect.

I noticed that to. I think it’s only when someone evades and the get hit, they evade a smaller distance.

I noticed it today with explosives and sniper shots and I was only moving normally.
