Is there still a way I can get the ODST N P?

The ODST name plate?
Bungie isnt updating anymore and that used to be the way to change your name plate.
I was just wondering if there is an alternative way?
Im not talking about the emblems by the way its the icon to the right of your gamertag you see when your in matchmaking lobby

There is no way to change your nameplate any more.

Waypoint has no plans to support the feature.
