Is there something up with servers?

I can not for the life of me connect to halo 5 servers, I did a 15.8GB update just today in like 30 min and i just played overwatch and didnt lag, and my download speeds sitting at 34.6 GBPS and uploads 28.2 GBPS and my ping is 13 so is it my internet or halo 5 servers

The Halo 5 servers have been acting up more and more lately. There are already others posting about issues, so it is likely not you.
