It exists for all power weapons and vehicles with legendary variants as well, not just some legendary ones i.e. Prophet’s Bane but not Tartarus’ Gavel

If you are trying to say the tartarus gavel doesn’t have a certification you are wrong as I have the certification. Not sure I couldn’t fully comprehend your post .

Yeah, I didn’t write it very well. I meant that every legendary weapon has a certification, not just some and not others. Sorry about that.

They were using an example of a scenario that the game doesn’t have to clarify that all reqs have certs.
