Got your events mixed up. It was at the VGA awards that people thought there was going to be a trailer.

There were actually toys at the London toy fair, they just aren’t released to the public yet.

You do relieze that it’s a carboard cut out and not the real hog right? Also that the hog won’t look exatly like the cut out because that cut out is the same hog in Forza 4 which is not the Halo 4 hog.

No they were not. The whole thing was a lie. The toys were shown at the NY toy fair not the London toy fair.
Hopefully there will be. But no one knows for certain

343 has not confirmed that H4 will be at the Spring Showcase. Neither has MS.
We know that the XSS is happening, but it is speculation that halo 4 will be there - so do not expect info on March 5/29th Feb whenever it is.
However, it does seem like a good time/place to show it off. But that is just me saying that

I know but it’s not the same design as the one from Forza. The color is a little different, they seem to let those stupid gas tanks go and it generally feels more like how it would look in the actual game…
We were told that we would be getting information quite soon, and logic dictates (feeling totally Vulcan at the moment) that the Spring Showcase on the 29th would be the most likely time for 343 Industries and Microsoft to show off their new baby.
However, it would also be illogical to get your hopes up prematurely, since there’s always the chance that nothing is shown and people get emotionally unstable, like what happened after the VGAs.
I’d say there will be or even before the 29th of February. It’d just be a joke if it goes on any longer.
