I was wondering if you can change the load-out or the emblem because i don’t know how to.
You have to unlock the items buy playing the game and earning req points then you can open the req packs. The req packs grant your items for customization. The Halo 5 req system explained. It is best to open a few bronze packs first. Then when you don’t get at least two unlocks when spending about 5000 points then open silver packs. Open the silver packs untill they grant two 1500 point req cards instead of unlocks then open the gold packs, they will refund two 3000 point cards when you have unlocked everything. Most of the cosmetics are in there. Some are unlocked via completing the commendations or when you get to certain Spartan ranks.

In the menus, you can enter a 4 alphanumeric tag for yourself to appear over your head in game.
In Arena games, loadouts are all based on each gametype so, there isn’t really any customizing for them. Everyone starts with the same loadout in each game.
However in Warzone games, you can call in REQs from a REQ terminal within each match. These are where you choose loadouts. The previous comment above by LethalQ is where you can find out about those.
Emblems and Spartan Armor and colors for each can be changed in the menus between matches. For armor, you can change the helmet and body. You must open REQ packs from the REQ store to unlock armor and emblems. Like LethalQ said, its better to not open Silver or Gold packs until you’ve collected everything you can out of Bronze packs. The reason is, once you unlock something, that item is pulled out of the pool of possible items in a pack. Gold packs are the most expensive and are able to unlock items of any rank, while SIlver and Bronze can only unlock lower rank items. So opening Bronze only will clear out all of the lower rank items, making it impossible for the expensive Gold packs to unlock a low tier item. You can guarantee the Gold packs to unlock high tier after all the low tier have been unlocked through Bronze and Silver. Otherwise can be a waste of Gold. You’ll know you’ve collected all Bronze tier items when you open a pack and the first two items are just RP refunds. Then you can move onto Silver. Once Silver starts giving RP refunds, onto Gold.
Basically, its just a more efficient way of spending your RP. Nothing worse than spending 10,000 RP on a Gold pack and unlocking a ‘Common’ tier SMG Certification.
Finally, you can also join Spartan Companies through this website which will display in-game beneath your nameplate.

Oh then nope not really, unless you want to shell out hundreds of dollars on req packs which I wouldn’t recommend if all you have is H5 forge. All the H5 forge on PC was for is map building.
