I would like to play splitscreen with my friend since online there is input lag for every campaign i play, but if there is still input lag in splitscreen i might as well play online with him.
can anyone answer my question please? thanks
EDIT: I apologize, not ALL campaigns, halo 3 seemed to work fine but the FPS dropped to like 10 at times so it was unplayable online anyway. But all the other games still had input lag for me online
It might be the tv you are playing on, look for a game mode setting on your tv or use a computer monitor for fastest response time.

there are spots that have bad fps drop on split screen, still even some on sp but all in all should be updated in a patch soon
I don’t have any input lag with co-op campaigns online in MCC. And also MCC is the first Halo game that has allowed me to play online co-op without input lag, so perhaps this will be fixed for you in the future.

It’s not an issue with my TV. The online input lag is a known issue that was actually in the Halo 1 Anniversarry edition that they never bothered to fix.
And i play on a monitor and tried another TV. they both have 60 refresh rate, 1080P.
There is noticeably more lag with CEA than CE.
