I’ve barely touched the game since the last content update and was just curious. I thought there was going to be one but at this point it almost feels like a “wait for halo 6” sort of thing.

I know what you mean. It seems to be all HW2 now. However, I feel that if they want to keep interest in HWC they have to provide more updates until H6 arrives. At least one per year.
I’ll be really disappointed if there isn’t another Halo 5 update. But if there’s another one coming, it will most likely be the biggest update Halo 5 it’s had. I even have some really good ideas for another Halo 5 update! But they’re kind of hard to explain.

Another content update would be nice, but I wouldn’t be too disappointed if it didn’t happen. I think Halo 5 is okay in its current state.
I believe it was said somewhere that there was one more confirmed, but don’t quote me on it.
I think it’s still going to be a little bit before it comes out, 343 is probably pushing HW2 stuff at the moment since its still pretty new
Well I hope there will be one for more weapons and maps for Warzone and Arena. The weapon I wish to see more than anything is the Forerunner Sword. I wish it was the one from halo legends where it was a Sword and Energy Gun in one but if it can’t be remade then the knight blade is ok to. Then for a map I would really like to see nature type of map where it has a Forest Zone, Winter Zone, Dessert Zone, and Moon Zone all on one map. Which I know it can be done in Forge but nobody has done it yet.
Well I still have some hopes for an update, so much they can still add in, and I suppose whatever assets they have in halo 5 will be much easier to port into halo 6. I hope that’s how it would work anyway.

Sure they have mentioned stuff is in the pipeline. The lull is because of Halo Wars 2.

I can imagine that being the case. Still with this late the next update would have to be substantial enough to bring people back.
