I don’t have Halo 5 Limited Edition yet since I missed the UPS delivery today since I was sleeping. Anyway, I noticed in Halo 4 that it was harder to kill a friendly character than it was killing an enemy, I am pretty sure it would be the same in Halo 5 so there must be a lot of Auto Aiming.
Actually, halo 5 has the lowest aim assist in halo history. It’s one of the main reasons the learning curve is so big

this
Bullet magnetism. Bullet magnetism everywhere. Lol.
Sure, low aim assist; but I’d rather have some aim assist over bullet magnetism any day.
I was just watching a match where a guy was shooting his DMR almost three reticle lengths away from his target, and he still got a headshot. It’s terrible.
Call me nooby, but I think they should add a little more aim assist. It feels awkward to aim right now. It’s not like I absolutely can’t hit anything, I’ve got a 50 accuracy stat, but still.

This and I prefer it this way.

Not on all the guns though, so far sniper has a awful amount of magnetism, lot of the base weapons don’t seem to have any, from what I’ve seen.

But it is still there. When someone unseen causes your sights to pull off target, you know auto aim is active.

Dude, almost all console games have it. It’s the only reason you can get a kill on a console without taking forever. Controllers aren’t accurate for aiming, so you need it.
I wouldn’t really want auto aim.
No, we all don’t NEED it.

You do not need high levels of bullet magnetism. Aim assist is what is normally high on console games.
having bullets magically hit your target when your reticle is no where close to them is a problem.
Ce and Halo 3 had low amounts of bullet magnetism so it can be done.

Look up halo 3 bullet magnetism on YouTube, it was very high for battle rifle and many other weapons, idk about halo 1 but they all feel the same. Halo has always been more about strategy

The reason it seemed high was because of the reticle lighting up red off the targer. If the reticle wasn’t red there was no magnetism, whereas in this game an H4 the magnetism is completely messed up.
There’s more than what you believe I have played many guys the get 85% accuracy with an AR that’s auto aim
