My roommates and I started playing Halo 2 again and are going to start system linking again, because we all know Halo 2 has the best gameplay out of the Halo games, and possibly all first person shooters. But anyways we have one xbox that has the patch and one that doesnt.
Is there any way to get the patch so it doesnt take 6 beatdowns to kill someone and so you can bxr? this is for xbox 360.
If you load up Halo 2 while connected to Xbox Live doesn’t it tell you that there is an update available? I’m pretty sure you can still download the updates still by just loading up the game

But how is Halo 2 going to communicate with the Xbox LIVE servers when Microsoft closed it down last year? I ‘tried’ logging in to my Xbox LIVE account on the 360 and It won’t connect. Probably the same goes with the Original.
I believe If you bought Halo 2 + The Additional Map Packs through a Disc, It will include the Update patch.

They didn’t shut down the Title Update servers.
Yes they did, title update servers are now down too.
Tried to update Halo 2 on my slim, got connection error.
If u buy the multiplayer map pack it will have the updates included… I would apply it to both
