Is there anything OFFICIAL regarding the ban?

Is there anything from MS or 343 that officially states they are cracking down on sexism?

The article that I read Wolfkill and Ross both talk about sexism being a problem but I don’t see any quote from them explicitly stating they are enforcing a zero tolerance rule, it seems like the author is kind of forcing it into the article.

“Speaking to GameSpot, Ross and Wolfkill said there is zero tolerance for Xbox Live players who are found to be making sexist or discriminatory comments against others, with a lifetime ban from the network as penalty.”
-After writing this a bunch of quotes are given but they don’t explicitly state what was said in this paragraph. Is the author paraphrasing or just confused?

I’m sure the Live agreement has it in the rules somewhere along with racism, religion, etc., but unless I see a direct quote from someone at 343 or something from microsoft about cracking down I’m just going to assume the rule is going to be “enforced” as much as it usually is, ie - not that strictly. I think the author is inferring too much.

So did I miss something official? Because if not I find it hard to believe this is how MS or 343 would get the word out.
