Topic title says it all…Just curious if there are any rumors about a flight, and if so, if we know when the flight may be taking place?
We will probably now more at E3. I do think the flights are still happening.
343 Industries will probably give us some updates about the Halo Infinite flights at E3 2021.
I haven’t caught wind of any rumors. We’re all just hoping they get announced at E3 at this point. Man how cool would it be if they did one of those “and it’s available for download now!” things.
I would probably suggest waiting for the June news blog after E3 presentation since I think this month’s blog has been delayed this month and others seem to think it’ll happen at E3 presentation but I think more details will be explained in the news blogs when there ready after the presentation. (New blogs are usually at the end of the month but due to E3 I wouldn’t be surprised if they have it ready after the Microsoft conference)
Either way I think if people want to get into the flight then they need to be ready with the flight sign-up that many have used for MCC flights so far before the E3 presentation or they might not get in for the first test.
Nothing new yet, we’re all still waiting for 343 to officially announce it.

“Flight” is a term used by 343 to denote limited time (think 2-3 days or even less) game test that they run occasionally. During flights, 343 will most often test a specific set of game modes or features they are planning of adding to future releases. You can think of flights as closed betas. To have a chance of joining any future public flights, you can sign up for the Halo Insider program. This doesn’t necessary guarantee participation, but it’s your best bet if you want to try Infinite early and provide useful feedback to the devs.
As for the main topic, I also expect we’ll get more news on Infinite flighting at or around E3, especially since it appears that the Halo: Infinite E3 segment will most likely be multiplayer focused.

I need a flight so bad. Once this flight happens, I’m just gonna stay in game the entire time until it shuts down. MCC is great and all, but man do I need a new Halo experience

RIGHT ON!!! Need a new halo experience soooooooooo baaaaaad. I think the it says volumes when the best halo experience right now is 14 yrs old. I know they refreshed it in the MCC, but still feels like I’ve been playing it for 14yrs, oh wait I have been.
I really hope we will have flight after E3 because we need to tey the game to ease our minds because I think some of us will go crazy with the wait. (If they’re not already)
