No, a good number of the achievements require Gold, namely the co-op, Arena, and Warzone achievements. All for One is a good example.

if you mean play offline, i think you need to be connected for your achievements to unlock as you earn them. they should keep track and unlock the next time you’re online, but i’m pretty sure there’s multiplayer achievements too, so yeah.
