Is there any chance I won't get FOTUS?

I’m buying the Halo 4 Xbox, and I’m getting kinda paranoid that my FOTUS armor won’t be in the box, there’s been a couple of times in the past where I didn’t get codes that I was promised, do I have reason to worry or am I just being dumb?
