I’ve read most of the books, played all the games, learned most of the lore, but no mention of a single female Brute character in the franchise. Kig-Yar yeah in Contact Harvest and a few other books (Smoke and Shadow comes to mind).
So will there ever be a single mention of say a chieftains daughter, or a lone warrior? I know Doisac is in war all the time, and there has to be a few who’ve left the planet. I just find it odd that’s all. (BTW Gina Carano would be a good voice and base for a female Brute)

I’d hope there is never any female brute shown, as soon I fear we may find the 34th rule take over
I don’t think so. Haven’t seen any female elites, grunts, or jackals either. To put a female brute in the game, well, that doesn’t seem like the kind of game Halo is.

There’s a (poorly designed) female elite in halo legends, and the books have had female elites and jackals.

Don’t forget Makee Chava in Halo 5, though she’s only a voice.
I am actually hoping for more female aliens in the games, although I don’t think they should just make them with stereotypical human women attributes, I find that a bit silly for other species, I think they should be a bit more creative. Like different colour patterns in their skin or fur, longer or shorter snouts, idk something.
Kig Yar pulled it off fairly well imo, taking inspiration from birds and reptiles.
As for Brutes, maybe take some inspiration from what differs monkey males and females, or even bears, idk.

halo 5 has a female elite in it.she the pilot who dropped osiris of.but no i dont remmember any female brute

No female brutes, but the Banished might be more open to that than the Covenant.
Female brutes… Like female dwarves in Hobbit… feels kinda odd…

Nope, I haven’t, and I think that’s because the covenant need the females alive to reproduce. Obviously not all the males are going to war, and some are staying back and making new generations in case the humans do win and kill off all military forces. (This is just a theory but I think it makes enough sense to be true).

Wasn’t the grunt side/main character from Halo: Legacy of Onyx actually a girl?
