So I’ve already got a glimpse of the Orbital AEON armor skin (which requires some commendation to unlock) but does anyone know if there’s a skin for the helmet WITHOUT that stupid looking Emile-esque skull?
Not that I have seen. Im at SR 45 and both the normal Orbital and the AEON Orbital have the stupid skull.
Nope, they seem to have felt the need to appeal to the Emile loving child in everyone.

Although, and this is OT, this thread did make make wish that we had the option to display our emblem on our visor the way Orbital’s skull is displayed.
I really hope they update the game so there’s a version without the stupid skull on it. I was looking forward to getting that helmet but the skull on the visor just ruined it for me.
Wear the Strider helmet. It’s almost exactly the same and it doesn’t have the skull.

Does anyone have a screenshot of what the Orbital helmet used to look like? With a vertical coloured stripe down the middle?
I don’t understand why they took that out.
I don’t get why this one has a skull and not EVA, since that’s the helmet Emile used, which this is supposed to be a reference for. And even then, the War Master helmet is already shaped like an evil skull face.
Why do people go out of their way to be redundant?
Gotta agree, that’s pretty lame. I prefer Strider over it, but I think if there was a version without the stupid skull I’d use it from time to time. And I think it’s even worse that the AEON skin still has the skull.
What confuses me is why they showed a version without the skull at E3 but then installed the one with the skull on it in the actual game. The skull should come as an extra skin or something for those who want it. It shouldn’t be there as a default variant. It just looks plain ugly. The only way to kind of get ride of it is to wear the frost visor but that removes visor customization.
Use the Frost visor color and the ugly skull is almost invisible.
