Is there an official list for H5 requests?

There are issues in Halo 4 I know won’t be be addressed in Halo 4, as 343i is understandably reluctant to make changes not seen as critical to Halo 4 at this late juncture. Is there a place we can make suggestions if it’s too late to adopt them for Halo 4?

Here’s an example. Saving a game from your temporary history into your saved games in entirely too cumbersome. Here is the sequence needed if I want to save my previous game:

Start, right, right, right, A, down, A, up, A, Y*, down, A. That’s 12 actions, entirely too many to do something I want to do quickly while waiting for the next game to start. There should be a simple sequence of two or three actions at most to save the previous game. 343i won’t be changing this in Halo 4, but it should be trivial to address in Halo 5, so I want to suggest it somewhere, but where?

*Why isn’t this A like every other button press in the sequence?
