I cannot select 1920x1080 at all. The max I get it 1600x1900.
I have no issues selecting 1920x1080 on any other game (including another Windows Store game, Forza Apex) and I am really, really stumped as to what has gone wrong here.
If anyone can offer any help, or clarification, I’d really appreciate it!
Also, holy crap I can get the Halo:CE Magnum, the ODST Magnum and silenced BR, AR and SMG?! Amazing.
Not sure about that. From my knowledge windows store games don’t have an install path.I’ll check for you.

Installation folder is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Halo5Forge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState , but dunno about being able to change resolution or anything from there since the files appear as blocked. Maybe you could do some tricks with right-click > proprieties > security but dunno.

Okay, I just figured out where the folder with all windows apps is. It’s really simple and kind of obvious… It’s in your Drive:\Program Files\Windows Apps 
Do some digging in there and see if you can find it. I’m on my -Yoink- laptop rn so I don’t have it here…

Also try opening everything except .exe files with notepad++ or notepad. That’s helped me many times
