I am making it so that when you enter an area you consistently take damage, but i cant figure out how to make the damaging stop when you leave the area… any ideas?
Hmm quick question can you make another script that basically disables the other script and place it on the outside border of the scripted damage area

Thats what i want to know too.
Give everyone a boolean flag - “take damage” = true or false.
Have a permanent loop going. eg. Every 0.2 seconds check each player’s “take damage” - and if it’s true, inflict said damage.
Then you just have each zone as an area monitor. If an object / player enters an area you set their “take damage” to true. When they exit the area set it back to false.
