Messed with forge for a min or so. Tried to spawn Void’s Tear to try it out. Can’t find in under weapons. Only unique weapon I found was the old school rocket launcher. Is there any way to place special weapons on a map?

Sad considering that previous forge modes allowed you to place and use any weapon in the game. Heck they even included an extra weapon the golf club in other Halo forges. Like what if someone wanted to make a game type that was like one team spawning in ghosts and the other team armed with kinetic weapons and splinter grenades?

You can place pretty much any weapon in the game, only you cannot place their higher tier.

That to me seems odd, especially since the high tier weapons from WarZone REQs are probably really rate to get through Gold REQ packs. I could understand 343 not putting WarZone weapon variants into Forge if they’re going to use some of the community Forge maps for future matchmaking playlist, but what about the people who want to use those weapons for Custom games?
I don’t even see the problem with using Warzone weapons in ranked playlists, especially if it’s only going to be one power weapon, like gasp PROPHET’S BANE?? We already played with that in the Beta. Why can’t we use other ones? At least this can change with another update. Let 343i know your feelings and with enough pressure they will give in.
