That’s probably the issue. If you make a new account after the day recon was given out, then you won’t have recon. But if you have an account before the recon release date then you should have recon. I know I do though.

Just to add on, they may still not have rolled it out to everyone, and it is likely there is a delay when you make a new account to when you will receive your Recon.

All players will have Recon eventually, it will just take time to roll out to new accounts.

everyone seems to be right here. Recon has been freely distributed among existing members. If you make an account, then you will eventually get Recon, it will just take time. It is also not a glitch.

This sums it up. Someone should make a sticky explaining the Recon give away so there won’t be anymore Recon help threads.
