No, you have to individually go through everyone’s profile to check their last active date. I had the same issue wanting to go through my company and clean up.
Well, you used to be able to see the dates on the Halo 5 game hub on your console. But they took the dates out a few months ago, but you can still see the people at the bottom of the list have the longest time not played. It’s what I use when I clean my Company, it’s way faster than going through each individual account.
