Your spartan company does show up on your profile in game too. But yeah, it’s a easier way to find like minded individuals who play to add to your friendlist.
Now it would be smart if they added a spartan company tab in the friends menu in game so you can easily invite clansmen who are not in you FL when your playing

No. I’m not seeing any spartan companies stuff in game yet. Just the clan tag that is highlighted under your name. But honestly it feels experimental. I feel like if there is enough proper and interesting imput given by fans, we could see more done in future updates.
Honestly I feel like 343i’s goal for the 1st 2-3 weeks is making sure all the servers stay stable and crushing bugs ASAP. They don’t want a repeat of MCC at them moment
