I really want this question answered. Every game (Invasion, Big Team Battle, and Team Slayer) I’ve played this week has been full of quitters, try - hards (people who try way too hard to win making the game very frustrating), or AFCs. It’s frustrating when the only Playlists that lack these players are Grifball or SWAT and they’re getting too irritating. They lack the fun factor if played constantly as it isn’t fun watching a death screen every two seconds. Can anyone help me find a good Playlist?
i keep getting invited to custom games by friends which are quite fun, some are objective based, such as completing an obstical course or just a fun slayer type game on a crazy forge map. Try making your own and inviting people, or find some friends who are into the custom scene.
The problem is less the playlists and more the people.
There used to be, Squad Slayer, old BTB(before 24/7 Heavies and Hemorrage), Anniversary BTB and the early DLC playlists where all fun imo.
Well there USED to be a playlist called Action Sack…
BUT now you would have to direct your attention to creating custom games in Forge. Sorry.

So someone who is good at the game you label as a tryhard? I never understood that word, it’s just an excuse players use when they are getting beat. What do you think they are gunna do? Sit back and let you win? lol

Don’t confuse “try hards” with people who are good. They are 2 very different things.
Anyway, fun? Too subjective.
MLG, BTB and Doubles would be the most fun to me.
MLG which was originally going to be called MLF for “Major League Fun” will be tons of fun =D

I am most bummed with what’s happened to Team Objective.
I hate the 5 on 5. It was perfect when it was 4 vs. 4.
And Objective makes it painfully obvious how lacking the maps are in Reach versus Halo 3. Why aren’t there any medium-sized CTF maps that incorporate vehicles? I like maps like Countdown but they are garbage when it comes to CTF.
Then, maybe that’s why there isn’t much CTF in the playlists. Seems to get a lot of oddball.
Without minimal to no quitters, Invasion is -blam!- amazing.
I also enjoy Objective, non-heavy BTB matches, Classic, and the occasional Rumble Pit. When it was still out, I played ABTB so much.
And MLG is really fun too. If only I had a full team to play with…
MLG is pretty much the only fun one in my opinion. Good players most of the time, no BS like AAs e.t.c. Good old Halo fun.
You’re not going to get a correct answer because it’s all based on opinions.
One thing that I can suggest to you is play with friends, it is much more fun then.
Doubles is especially fun with a buddy, and due to party matching, most likely the game will end since usually both players on the other team rage quit since they’re together or on the same Xbox. Aside from quitters, Invasion, TS, Rumble Pit, and BTB are also pretty fun.
IMO Multi Team is pretty fun if you have some buddies with you.
Action Sack… in Halo 3
Wasnt there something called Action Sack? thats it they dont want people to have fun in Reach
Invasion is fun if you don’t get spawn killed. If I get spawn killed more then twice I quit though. Multi-Team is great fun alone or with friends. Double team is also fun with a friend if you don’t take the game super serious.
This is why there should be custom games matchmaking…wouldnt need to collect a bunch of randoms to play your maps.
