Today I played a Infinity Slayer game and I had my best game yet. 30 kills, 7 deaths, 410 points. I only received 1,880 XP. I didn’t even get any performance points. I cant seem to find a history of XP on Waypoint but I seem to recall getting more XP on other games, but I could be thinking about Spartan Ops where I get 5k XP sometimes.
Does this sound like a glitch? Is there a max XP per Infinity Slayer game that you can get?

Your XP earned is determined by how long the game lasted. If you Won or Lost. and overall preformance
Your overall performance isn’t just based on K/D. Medals also play a big role. Every time you see a “+X” pop up near your crosshairs, you gained performance points that are totaled and can be checked in the scoreboard. A good thing to remember is every medal adds to this. Kills, headshots, grenade kills and assists are the most common medals to earn in my opinion.
I average around 400 performance points and roughly 2800 XP per game. After a quick look at your game history you probably average 250. Try using the DMR/BR/Carbine/Pistol more for headshots and you will see a rise in your performance score and XP in the end.
Well, I had 50+ medals, didnt even get any performance points at the end. I did have some message stating Halo 4 servers were down the the default playlist would be used. Could this be why my XP was screwed up?
Where do you see your total XP per game? I dont see a total XP earned so I can average my games played with XP earned. Is this on Waypoint?
