I know you have to have an active spartan company but is there a list on what exactly you need to get the armor? I only have one other person in my spartan company trying ot get my friends to join to make it active.

You have to get all Spartan Company Kill Commendations to level 3 (AkA 4/5) for the chest piece and 5/5 (Maxed) for the helmet.

Company kill commendation to level 3 (completed) to get the armor and level 5 (completed) for the helmet

Don’t! find a large/active company. You will never complete the commendations otherwise. I’m in a company with several very active people who are constantly pushing for commendation unlocks, including several 343 developers; and we still don’t have level 4 commendations.
