Is there a limit to the amount of Polls you post?

Lately I haven’t been able to post a single Poll topic, and I keep hearing all of these reason for why; the biggest being that they can only be posted in the Poll Discussion forums, but I can’t do that either. I’m just wondering if there’s a limit to the amount you post. Is their?
