I’ve been playing a lot of everything Halo 5 lately.
I’m not really into BTB, though it’s a lot of fun when played with friends and it’s cool that they added it to matchmaking, even if it started as a custom for H5.
I was wondering if there could be at one point a way to play a two-team warzone, the way you do a custom game.
There could be exactly the same maps and everything, I just want us to be able to do company battles on Warzone.
I think a lot of people would jump in on this.

Unfortunately no, warzone has to be run off of the H5 servers since the xbox one cant handle H5 all by itself so there’s no way 343 would tax their severs even further by allowing us to play custom warzone games. At some point they may allow us to use the warzone maps as BTB maps or just use them in custom games without the AI spawns.

I don’t really mean making it a custom. Just excluding matchmaking out of it would not tax the servers.
Just selectable team R/B and selectable mode (regular or assault). Even the maps randomizing could stay the same.
If I were to ask for more - I’m guessing maybe warzone turbo to this equation would also be fun or adding a Loadout only mode for this.
So for me, even no power weapons, not vehicle, just being able to use your blade SMG or silenced DMR and armor mod to be able to have specialists in the game.

That’s kinda what I meant, as just the maps alone I don’t see any problems with this, so an option for WZ assault wouldn’t be too far out of the question. Regular WZ on the other hand wouldn’t be possible since it takes the help of the servers to run a game of regular WZ and I don’t see 343 giving us the option to host 24 player lobbies for that.
As for the loadout weapons 343 has stated that they wanted to put all of the req weapons and loadout weapons into forge at some point.
I doubt it, it’s too much “work”
It would allow a company to boost with reckless abandon.
