I’ve played this game alot and sunk more money than I’d like to admit and yet I still don’t have the H2 BR, I have certifications on almost all mythic weapons and yet no BR. Don’t know if I’m unlucky or theres a catch…
The H2 Battle Rifle usually ends up being one of the last unlocks for some. Just keep wailing on those Gold Packs and you’ll eventually get it.
The pattern in the REQ system is unpredictable. Some people unlock the H2 BR before reaching SR 100 some unlocked it way later in their grind.
It’s all random. I got it at SR87.
Others have got it at SR127. It’s a bummer, but it’s how it is.

I grinded warzone firefight literally 24/7 i finally unlocked h2 battle rifle at level 144 , the best chance of getting it is buying all the sliver packs than buying all gold pack I completed all sliver pack when I was level 103 an I completed all gold half way to level 146 , u are level 92 yet u have I lot of grinding to complete
I got my H2BR on SR 122, without a single dime out into the REQ system. It’s all about the RNG, and whether Lady Luck smiles in your favor on this day.

How did it take you that long! Rank 90 I finished silver packs and rank 120 I was done with gold

actually I had 50 uncommon xp ,50 uncommonvictory , 50 rare XPs boosts( started consuming with after 102 level too that why)

Now get all the ultra rare and legendary stuff it will probably take you a long time

Yeah thats what I did, nearly finished the Req system. Only need around 7-10 more packs

Wish I could say the same. One night I was drinking and haloing and I really really wanted that H2BR and at the time I didn’t know how many gold packs I needed so I got that yoinking $99 bundle… At the time I loved it cause yeah I got the rifle in the bundle… But later I was like man why did I do that… As they say you live and learn 
It’s all in the reqs
As other Waypointers above me have mentioned, just keep on opening gold packs and pray for luck. You’ll get it eventually.

its one of the rarest items in req packs, and for good reason, its powerful; no recoil, 3 burst kill… also its the best looking gun in the game in many peoples opinion
