awhile ago when Reach 1st came out I completed several missions on Legendary without dying and it never gave credit for it at all. plus is has yet to give me my Carter Avi. helmet.
also not like 20mins ago i just did it again an still nothing was wondering is there anything im doing wrong or something, i read how to get it simple, Complete Legendary mission without dying. an nothing can someone help me out? thank you.

Did you die then press restart mission? If you did, go to the main menu before restarting.
just did it that way, it worked thx. alittle dumb that it has to only work that way but at least its not broken or anything. ty again

This is why it said WITHOUT dying. If you restart the mission after dying, it will not count it.
If you trying do the Revert or restart mission when you die it doesn’t work. you have to go save and exit, and wait for it to load again.
