Is there a a way to turn off the randomization of weapons on weapon Boxes?

If not I will just phase the weapons on the walls!!

Yes. Scroll through the object properties and there is Advanced Properties. Put ‘Static Selection’ to Enabled and choose the desired weapon from the Weapons picklist.
