But is this all of them? Will their be spec-ops elites or other ranks? I’m just curious, and want to know if this is confirmed to be all of them or not.

With the amount they have, anymore would probably be redundant.
You have a point there, although considering active camo is in the game, I can still see some sort of stealth enemy.
Any of those ranks above could utilize active camo if 343i really needs them to as far as I’m concerned.
I don’t mind Drones being gone. I liked Brutes but again, not a big deal.
But damn it I want Scarabs, and not like in Reach, I want to be able to take them down and climb on them Halo 3 style. Driving warthogs off hills and onto Scarabs was -Yoinking!- nuts!
The only ones I can see coming back are the buggers, it would be fun seeing them fighting in the air with the watchers.
Well the more I think about it that might not happen since they team up at some point.

probably not, but we don’t really need others anyways. The 4 we have now are the original 4 from CE.
The elites are the leaders now. The grunts will follow whoever gives them their food -Yoink!-. Jackals are mercenaries, working for the highest payer. And the Hunters were tamed long ago and know little else than to follow the rest.
The brutes are pretty much gone from war with the elites and civil disputes on their homeworld. They have pretty much gone pack to their primal ways.
The drones follow their queen, not the covenant. The queen is most likely no longer allied with the covenant, and as such the drones aren’t either.
And the engineers never really worked with the covenant; more like they were enslaved. They now work for the humans, and have helped them to better understand forerunner tech(without them the infinity wouldn’t exist as it is).
And the prophets are either extinct, or so few in numbers that there is no chance of them being there. Plus, the rest probably wouldn’t even trust them anymore.
