If so that’ll determine if I go for it. And I’m surprised to see how much it’s worth, pretty low ever since 343i took over. That’s why I’m thinking it’s actual rounds, but a few weeks ago it said that amd it was really sets. So can someone confirm?
What I mean when I say round and set.
round: meaning every wave, so you get 15 or 16 in a full FF game.
set: each set of waves, which is 3 per full FF game.
I’m pretty sure it’s rounds, like it says. But 7777 cR isn’t that much money from a weekly.

I would hope its 50 rounds with that payout, cause if sets its not worth it having to play 17 full games of FF. I’m just asking cause last time it said that it was sets, they really should’ve worded it correctly.

Lol, you can get easily the amount of weekly credits and plus some in your FF games to GET the weekly.

You get 3 rounds per set so all you have got to do is play 3 games a day until saturday and it will be done. Really not hard, its only 17 games and you could get 4 games in a hour with a few good players with you
Its not a big payout but you will earn alot of cr just by completing each game plus if you set some custom FF challenges up aswell you will earn alot of credits just going for the weekly.

I have to agree, it’s a pretty low payout if it are rounds.
7777 cR can be received by doing all the daily challenges. Such a bad challenge. At least 25,000 or so would be good.
Pick small maps people, and for the love of god, no limited.

In a full game of Grifball I get around 15,000cR… 7,777cR is chump change.
Grifball pays out better, true, but there will be FF specific dailies that will encourage you to finish this out. Besides - there are always commendations to work on…
So I was eagerly waiting last night for the new challenge to see what it would entail and to my disappointment I got another firefight challenge. I recently hit onyx riflin’ through and I can say I won’t be maxing that one. Add in poor connection today and I dropped the notion of getting them. As far as commendations go for in firefight, everything I have is onyx’d except for perfectionist and grounded both of which I have no intention on getting even to gold. Both are around 760 each right now. 12000 more auto kills, 6000+ vehicle kills, 4000 more assists, and 300 small arms kills to max those four. Trigger happy will be maxed after 2 or 3 games and the others - there is no point torturing myself just for the sake of completion.
I am very disappointed at the reward - 7777 - jeeze you’d think they were using the credit payout reach had at the beginning of it’s inception - weekly challenges worth 3000 credits. 15k for a laso, 30k for the same laso last year, 34k for a coop dash, and 7777 for 17 games of hard boring work?! You can do better than this 343. I don’t know if you can change the payouts for challenges but this is one of those that should never be under 15000.
When I mentioned I had connection issues in firefight, all other games I played in matchmaking today were fine so I don’t know.
I agree with Dan on this one, a weekly should never be worth less than 10k regardless of what it is.

Especially since there is a daily that is worth 10,000 cR.
They need it to be more. I am trying to use the credits from challenges(plus the ones I earn in regular games) to get off Lieutenant Colonel. But at least its something to do. Anything is better I guess. I think it is rounds though since the progress bar of challenge keep moving up by one when it says new round.
from a normal Firefight game, I normally get about 6k.
From a win in a Grifball game, I normally get about 14k.
This challenge is unbelievably not worth it!!!
I just think these challenges are created by random by a computer. Random type of challenge, random number of what you need for the challenge to be completed, and random amount of credits you get from it. When can there be 20,000 Cr for 180 kills in firefight as a daily mission. I guess its just luck to get those beneficial challenges. Lets hope for good daily challenges tomorrow with tons of Cr!
Fifty rounds of FireFight MatchMaking for just 7777cR is pathetic payout for a Halo: Reach Weekly Challenge. If it was eleven times the original amount, then the challenge would be worth completing.
Wish the weeklies weren’t recycled every time…
