Is the TU already out?

I got on this morning to see that I had a 37 mb update for Halo 4. I looked for changes and the only different thing I noticed was Infinity Rumble under the custom games Slayer menu.
Anyway, I wanted to see if this was the TU talked about in the bulletin, so I tried emping and throwing plasmas at a friendly vehicle and nothing happened.
So I’m confused, since BS Angel said in the bulletin that the TU would be out later.
You guys got anything to say?

The TU is out and fixed A LOT of things. The most important being glitches and a Bolt Shot nerf (It has a much smaller effective range now)

Thanks for the clarification. I was under the impression that it would be out a bit later.
