Yes. I very much think it is. Its dead accurate at close range. And compared to the BR it can get off 2 close range shots faster than the BR can get 2. Its rate of fire and its lack of recoil make me think its OP. I think it should have its own separate loadout in swat
i just find it unfair that you can scope with it. also you can just spam the trigger and you are guaranteed a kill

The magnetism’s a bit much, but other than that it’s not too bad. The DMR on the other hand, should not be in swat.
It’s turned what was once a fast paced, strategic move around tactical game into a camp fest. Honestly, there’s nothing more annoying in Halo 4 than complex SWAT, or Adrift SWAT.
I agree with you about the dmr, complex should not be in swat. But that “tiny clip” can still spew out 8 shots way to fast at lethal range. Doesnt take much skill if you ask me. Neither does the dmr in swat. You basically spawn with a sniper rifle. In fact, I think spawning with a sniper would be more fair. Ya know what,in swat lets all spawn with incineration canons. Mine as well.

it would take more skill to kill someone with an incineration cannon in swat than a dmr

No. All weapons in SWAT are instant kill if you get a headshot.
The DMR and BR are basically the same, while the pistol, with its horrendous bloom and reticle, are left behind.
Let’s just take out the Magnum and add the Covenant Carbine. Then, make it so it gets automatic headshots and have infinite ammo.
