I’ve been playing Halo Reach for a year now and my service record still says info from 4 months ago. Not only that but when I got on my service record page, it says that the site servers are on maintenance or an error occurred when granting your request. Does anybody know what happened? PLEASE HELP ME!
“The stats servers are undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.” So, I think that means they are doing some craziness behind the scenes. Possibly to resolve some of the bugs already here, or maybe getting stuff ready for halo 4. Maybe even making a few all new exciting bugs! So like the message says, try again later but don’t panic.
I bet Caboose pressed some buttons behind the scenes…

Happens to me all the time.
First time I was going crazy because I thought to got hacked, but they returned later on.
So dont worry and just stay patient.
I hope they are fix the issue where the game, the site, and my moble app all having different totals for things.
I don’t think it’s just our stats pages, but half the site has gone down. The main article section is at least 9 months old, the news feed is dead and so is the Halo 4 site. It’s as if somebody hit the reset-to-when-the-site-was-upgraded-last-year button. Luckily, and community saved content seems to be fine. Could somebody from 343i tell us what’s happening?

Maybe they’re fixing stuff like the really long load times… I sure hope so.
Now i am getting information could not be retrieved, only can play firefight.
