Is the Prophets Bane BALANCED

Considering the fact that the Prophets bane is an instant kill and turns you invisible for as long as the energy level stay positive the prophets ban can be pretty over powered depending on the team and map that you are playing on. Its lunge range is twice as far as a regular sword and its obtainable at 6 reqs. Now depending on your skill 6 reqs is not that much. People can get too six reqs in just five minutes of a game. The prophets bane is amazing at farming kills because your invisible and its an instant kill. Now I know its a mele weapon so its not ranged like a nornfang witch is also an instant kill. So is it balanced, well based on the information that I have given you Yes its is balanced it just too low of req level and is easy too obtain by those who get to 9 reqs at 5 minutes of game-play. It’s in warzone, nothing is supposed to be balanced.

True I guess that needs to be fixed.

Do you have video of someone getting 9REQ in 5mins? That’s pretty impressive.

Prophets Bane is fine imo. Easily countered by shooting from range, and its a very high REQ lvl.

Considering for the REQ cost I could get a Whiplash and Invis, I don’t mind it at all.

It’s really -Yoinking!- annoying when somebody uses it to spawn camp.

eh I think the blaze of glory is a lot more op than the pb. Sword players are having a hard time in h5 anyways because of spartan charge. Also the integrated camo is not as good as the active camo power up.

It only gives you ten kills, and requires you to get pretty close to your enemy. Balanced enough to me.

I don’t think it really matters because either you’ll be betrayed for it, or a jelly teammate will do whatever it takes to give away your position.

Pingy is a youtuber who is capable too getting to nine reqs in just five minutes of game. Mint Blitz is also very good at getting to nine reqs. and GOD knows how quickly E Sports players can get to it.

its req level 6 and not 9…its pretty easy for a decent player to hit atleast level 5 within the first few minutes. plus, as a couple of ppl have pointed out, its a melee weapon and has a max capacity of 10 kills, following which u lose both the camo and the insta kill ability.

I think it is fine at 6 because it is so rare at a legendary weapon level, I have only used a few of mine and still only have 12 available in stock. I would not argue with it moving to level 7 seeing as you would have to use 7 REQ’s to get a sword or shotgun and active camo, but I also have no problem with it being where it is.

It doesn’t need to be fixed.

It’s supposed to be a chaotic firefight of a mess.

Truly enjoyable.

I think it’s fine at Req 6. I generally spawn them, then stay back for a bit to stay alive, and spawn something else like a sniper on top of it. Then find a good position and flip back and forth between weapons for the unlimited camo. I do the same with energy bayonet prophets bane combo. That things a monster. Sneak up with prophets bane, flip to energy bayonet, kill, flip back. As long as you’re aware of your surroundings and don’t get pinched you can have a field day doing that. Until someone suprises you with upgraded shields. That’s the biggest perk with the prophets bane though. The camo is fine as long as you stay crouched with it.

Being that it’s WZ, I don’t think balance is particularly important. Mythics are meant to be somewhat OP

Yeah, from the req level and the reqs we have now. That thing is gonna have a hard time killing players maybe and the only thing keeping it good is it’s active camo.

Pretty close you say, doesn’t it have like a 1 metre lunge when using SmartLink???

I think it’s nearly 10 meters (or more, even) when engaged in Smart-Scope. Still relatively close compared to weapons of a similar level.

I have been using it about lately. I think it’s fine.

I think it’s fine the way it is.

It’s fine. You can be seen if you’re walking and most people have good eyesight to see you with invis
