I am experiencing issues in certain playlists:
For example in action sack and super fiesta I find games pretty quick (~2 min search time). In other playlists I am not able to find a single game (both BTB, castle Wars, Warzone). I searched like 1 hour in those playlists.
Is the population too low or do I have some kind of problem here? Or is there a region lock just in some playlists?
I tried to hard reset xbox and router.
50 down, 10 up.
IpV6 so no NAT at all.

I have been having major problems matchmaking lately even in the popular playlists. Dropping during mm, getting booted from games. Happens fairly often.
Population I think plays a big part. But there are some problems in mm. Those problems will not be fixed though as they would require an update. And 343 won’t pull any devs off of infinite right now.

Because Halo 5 has been out for 3 years and they need every hand on deck for Infinite. MCC is mostly just patch work that can be done by a small group of people.
Also being in Germany isnt going to help because the majority of the player base is in the US. Timezones are a thing.
I just cant believe that I find wuicker in MCC than in Halo5…
I think MCC is just based on ping and not skill restrictions, but I’m not completely positive. Your location probably isn’t helping either so you’ll want to put your search on expanded if you haven’t already.

That’s because mcc mm is fixed and h5 mm is currently not in that great of shape. All I know is fixing the issues would take a full patch update and that’s a no go for 343 currently. Devs are focused on infinite.
Im curious if mcc currently has a larger playerbase than h5? It wouldn’t surprise me.

Halo down detector Haas always helped me answer these questions of whether or not it is a me issue or server issue. Saved me the hassle of resetting everything
