Just came by this scene from Mission Impossible 5 again and noticed that Halo 5 was running on a triple-monitor setup. Now I don’t have such hardware but I’m still curious if H5 does natively support ultra-wide displays (i.e. properly scaled to the screen’s resolution, no stretches, no black bars, just like in the movie)? And does the XB1 actually support multiple outputs? Or was that scene merely a gig created for the sake of advertisement?
I recall seeing that scene when the movie came out and it was clearly an ad for H5. It looks like a beta version of H5 primarily because of how the BR looks. The triple monitor set up was likely done because it looks cool. Thanks for posting this. Loved Rogue Nation and it was awesome seeing a clip of it again.
