It’s rotational I believe, though it will stick around for as long as it stays popular. Healthy population means it stays longer

Halo 3 is permanently available on Xbox 360 or now on Xbox One with your 360 disc,
or in HD, 60FPS form on Master Chief Collection.
In Halo 5, custom games allow for infinite Halo 3 - Halo 5 infused gameplay simulations with infinitely more variety than the playlist offers.

it’s backward compatibility on Xbox One and so much better than Halo 5 :+1:

I’m loving the Halo 3 playlist, when you take out sprint the Halo 3 maps play so well!
