I was wondering if halo 4 is completely finish and i mean the dlcs i mean is it missing anything. When i was playing halo notice if the new covenate is missing drones and brutes(if you say the brutes died in halo 3 they did not you just kill the army sent there not the entire spices they still hate UNSC). Also(i am not blaming 343) 343 promised there was going to be 2 new vehicles in the game. Mantis is one of them but is the second is a remake of the hornet(sorry guys their is no point of the falcon(its was in reach before halo) and pelican(the multiplayer is too small unless they did BF3 player capacity) or a Promethean vehicle. Another thing is what happen to to the forged universe or world or sandbox i know you guys want small maps but most people want big maps for game types. Another thing is what happen to the rest of the guns from the previous games i would of love seeing the SMG back it would of killed the suppressor. Please if there is any else that is missing please tell everyone, 343(if they watching), and me what you think or a is a fact. And please no rumors of what 343 is not doing make sure its true first. While I agree that you should up the quality of your writing, my answer to your question is this:
While Halo 4 is a complete game at the moment, 343 has mentioned that there were several features they intended or wanted to include in the game but could not. I do believe that they said their “solution” to this would be to use Title Updates as a means to add features to Halo 4, as opposed to simply fixing bugs.
In layman’s terms: Halo 4 is complete, but 343 wants to add updates with all sorts of new, fun, and nifty features.
The storm covenant is run by elites which hate the Brutes. Therefore no Brutes in that faction. Drones, dont know what happened to them.

Their are too many fault’s with the game to consider it complete, if it had gone Beta then most of the problems would have been solved already post launch.
