Yeah, as others have said the update they’re targetting for today isn’t a Drop Pod- it’s a hotfix essentially to try and address the Weapon Jamming issue introduced at the start of S2 (not a very hot hotfix considering it’s been three weeks, but…)
It’s fun to know that this has likely delayed when we will see the first real Drop Pod, though. Very on-brand for 343i to spend months building a seasonal update that introduces near game breaking bugs and then another month to fix them. Another awesome example of them leveraging the agile structure of their live service masterpiece… That may be a bit harsh, but it’s frustrating when this becomes the expectation.
Looking forward to hearing about Drop Pod 1 soon- and hoping that the S2 issues haven’t shifted back the entire timetable on stuff like Forge and Campaign Co-Op.

Not especially. Just very ocd when it comes to things like that. Anything that is just a tiny bit distracting drives me absolutely insane.
