Is The "FloodRunner" Gametype Real?

I remember a while back someone mentioned a gametype called “floodrunner”. It was a rumor of a firefight gametype where I suppose you have to “escape” and kill flood enemies along the way. So instead of sitting around waiting to die like normal firefight there’s an objective.
If you’re going to rip on the flood please don’t, because if this is true then I can expect to play halo 4…forever. I would be extremely impressed if 343 brought the flood (as a side character) back and made them way more fun to kill!

I agree, this particularly as an innovation for Living Dead as Flood for Zombies (As humans ofcourse) but replace the Light green coloured zombies with a Flood skin; making it more realistic would definitely appeal to the people to love that playlist.

I don’t know why they didn’t go for that in Reach, we were all screaming for it after 3!

Well, I thought reach was okay…not great, but…I imagine that if bungie spent their time and money making character models and codes for something that isn’t going to be in the campaign, the other things in reach would have been a lot worse.

Forge as in forge firefight. I’ll be hoping for that…does sound pretty hard to pull off though.
