Not yet; it’ll come out on Feb. 9th (which isn’t too far!) alongside the other classic helmets.

All the Helmets come out on Friday. But you can preview the Helmets in Waypoint Customization. You have to buy the Classic Req Pack though which is $9.99 or 150000 RP which will be available Friday in order to get E.O.D though.
