Anyone know if the visors with the controller are unlockable? Could someone please tweet a 343 employee (i’m not on twitter)?
donno why there should even be exclusive content with these things. We’re all playing on the Xbox One anyway and some guy just happened to by the halo 5 controller, woohoo for that guy. But seriously stop with this exclusive content crap, it’s just freaking anoying

I really hope it is unlockable like all the preorder stuff.

It is. I can’t find the Tweet as it was of someone I don’t know within 343i. But he said that the FOTUS armor and the visors you get with the controllers are unlockable through REQ packs.
The codes you get with them only assure you that you get it day one.

I saw a tweet about FOTUS (emblem is exclusive but not armour), but didn’t know there was one about the controllers. That is great news, thanks!
Although I am getting one of the Limited Edition controllers, I am glad that all things like the visors/fotus/etc. are unlockable. It gives everyone the possibility to use them and see if they really like them.
For example, I am not getting the Halo 5 Console, and I did not get the Halo 4 console. The only place I have ever tried fotus is MCC, and although I feel it is not the best armor, (it is not the worst either in my opinion), I am glad to be able to use it in Halo 5.
