It is unknown if it will or not. we have only seen a handful of the weapons and we have yet to see more.
It’s a great suppression weapon and good against vehicles. Most people forget how useful it is until they’re blown into a wall from it.
I luv luv luv the concussion rifle! Although I really want the focus rifle to return, I am a beast with that weapon.
It’d probably be an ordinance drop and/or pickup weapon.

Yep it was one of my favorite weapons in Reach.
i’d rather the brute shot returned, mainly for aesthetical reasons, the concussion rifle is incredibly ugly.
It was balanced for certain situations. it was a great counter for the sword and great for close quarters. but if it was to go up against a dmr in CQC the DMR would beat it in a heartbeat.

Sorry to be pedantic but CQC was where the concussion rifle excelled against the DMR. It has a faster kill time if you aim for the player, it stunts player movement, and it can be used to blind and disorientate an enemy.
OT: The added concussion effect and propulsion effect I think made the Concussion Rifle functionally better than the brute shot and it is an aesthetically pleasing weapon but the Brute shot has a massive blade.
