Is the Athlon Champion Armor Exclusive To HCS Req?

I just looked at my req collection and Athlon Champion is Ultra Rare!
Anyone know why?

Isn’t there like three or four versions of the Athlon armor with different paint jobs? Maybe you are just looking at the wrong one in your collection? If not, maybe just another bug in the game?..

It’s listed as Ultra Rare but the card is legendary. Odd. Not the first time I’ve seen something like this though.
