I’m curious it’s to my understanding that when purchasing the new arena req bundle you are only guaranteed the mark v armour nothing else everything is rng so is it worth it? Or is it in every pack it’s only new stuff dropping? Please leave some feedback really interested on making the purchase but I also know money don’t grow on trees my but has to work and I don’t want to waste it
Other than the promised REQs (Mark V), the other REQs are most likely picked from the collective pool of REQs you have yet to unlock.
No, I think it is too expensive. End of story.
It’s a good value if you’re not above buying REQs. You get more/better items, albeit cosmetic, compared to gold packs. And they’re cheaper. Of course, buying REQs isn’t a good deal in the first place, because it’s money you’ll never get back and an item you’ll never actually own. But it’s up to you.
only in 2 cases:
- If you dont mind spending $$ on REQ packs you could earn through grinding out REQ points.
- If you have all common, uncommon, and rare REQs unlocked (making the most of Gold packs.
These Arena packs give 3 unlocks compared to gold which is 2. If you dont mind waiting to obtain all 14 packs over two months that is. They are a good value if you dont mind waiting and spending money in the first place.
Its essentially 14 gold packs, plus an extra permanent unlock, minus any warzone related anything.
If that sounds appealing to you, then yeah it’s certainly cheaper than buying the equivalent number of gold packs.

“Not above”? What? So, you think people who don’t buy REQ packs are better than those who do?

Do you plan on playing halo 5 for 6 more months or longer, then the answer is no it isn’t worth it .

I don’t think they are really saying that but some people are upset the REQ packs even exist in the 1st place. I think Halo 5 did it the best way compared to other titles basically affecting only one game type that isn’t ranked. I don’t mind them because you can earn points pretty well. I also like the fact a lot of that money is flying into the E Sports pool. Those are some fun matches to watch and I enjoyed the X Games matches a lot!
Thanks for the feedback guys I’m not going to be buying it to much for pixels.
From my experiences so far, yes.
No, not at all.
I wish game prices scaled with content comparisons. If so, then I would have payed less; maybe $55 CAD rather than $85 CAD.
Don’t spend a dime on REQs until we get some real content!. The amount of the so called DLC that we have gotten is just sad. I would rather pay straight up for more maps that are done well than what we have gotten so far.
It gives you only cosmetics
No. How is any REQ pack worth paying real money for? The whole concept is mental.
so do you just get Mark V or more unlocks like wepon skins and assasinations
There is nothing in the pack that is not available in gold packs.
