Is that the only unlock you have left?
As Salmon said, it should be unlockable through gold out silver packs.
Go for some Silver/Gold packs OP. You can get stances/assassinations from those packs if you need 'em at the cost of farming out req points.
It would be cool if it came back because I want it to come back so I can buy it like it wanted to but wasn’t able to at that time.
Just keep opening the silvers till they refund points instead of unlocks then open golds. That is the fastest way to get everything, which is way better than opening random packs hoping to get what you want. Those speciality packs are a waste really since they are random as well so you may not get what you want any ways. They truly are a waste of points IMO.

Only ones that AREN’T as far as I can tell are the Boost packs which have shown up like…twice?
Everything else is really just a skip to something you might not even get.
