Is the AI in the T&R Terminal Mendicant Bias?

I know it was never confirmed but does anybody think it is or is there proof that the AI in the Truth and Reconciliation Terminal is Mendicant Bias. He speaks of being whole again so that’s why I thought it was. Does anybody know what it is? Is it simply a random covenant AI?

I would suppose it could Mendicant Bias. That is what I thought when first encountering that terminal.

Covenant AI were for the most part butchered human AI. They were severely cut down fragments that could be easily commanded or programmed by shipmasters and such through engineers. I honestly don’t believe that it is a fragment of Medicant Bias as the fragment on High charity was very aware and not so meager in anyway. Forerunner AI tend to be far more resilient even when fragmented.

Thanks for the info. I doubted it was Mendicant Bias but here was something that made me wonder if it could be him.
